Hi, I was buying food for charity. I bought more than I could pay for and was going to return the excess to the shelf…when the customer behind me put a $50 bill on the counter and said buy the extra groceries. I wanted to give it back, but he said “pay it forward” and left the store.
The amount more than covered the excess groceries and allowed me to but more.
This act of charity has never happened to me ever. So that act of kindness will never be forgotten by me.
There are still good people in this country so don’t give up on America.
