I thank all who have visited this site. I met people who have service dogs to help them cope with PTSD or other emotional upsets. Recently I came upon a young lady who had such a helper. The dog was so kind. He looked up at me knowing I had treats in my pocket. I kept them in there to feed our own dog when I walk him. To keep the dog from breaking his training, I did not give him any of the biscuits.
Brownie never was a service dog, but she was wonderful just the same and would have been easly trained to do such work. I remember walking her one winter evening in the last two years of her life. She suddenly started running and gracefully gliding like a little fawn as we walked along. It was a wonderful sight to behold.
Hope everyone has a wonderful March.
