Happy Easter to all!
What prompted me to write about our dog was her keen awarness of God. While we lived in South Carolina we drove into North Carolina to do some shopping. While my wife and her friend shopped I stayed outside with Brownie. While I sat on a bench outside of the store, a lady came up to me and petted Brownie. She then cupped Brownie’s face in her hands. She said “I love old dogs.” That touched my heart.
Sometime later we were back in North Carolina. We stopped in a park and began saying the Rosary. While we prayed Brownie knelt down and put her head down all during the prayer. I was suprised at the behavior of a dog with prayer. This prompted me to consider writing about Brownie.
