I recently gave all three of my books to a large family who goes to our church.
The younger children began reading them right away.
The nine-year old daughter read volume one of Brownie first and was well along reading volume two.
Her seven-year old brother is reading Mortimer.
Their mother said they love the stories.
If you have young children. Please purchase a couple of books for them to read maybe all three! They will thank you for it.
