Here is the beginning of Chapter 1 of Volume 2 of “For the Love of Our Dog Brownie”

Browine awoke. “I still have a home!” she whined.

Lauren was busy in the dining room finishing her first homework assignment of the new year. The little dog heard her friend trudge upstairs after extinguishing the lights.

Moonbeams streamed through the laundry room window replacing the artificial light. The moonlight obscured the stars which lurked in the background. Oscillating sounds from the refrigerator buzzing reached the laundry room.

White noise and moonlight makes for a good night’s sleep, Brownie thought….

Hi, I'm Gregory Lamberty. I wrote "For the Love of Our Dog Brownie". Brownie was our dog. She lived eighteen and a half years. My wife Colleen took care of Brownie, trained her and took care of her. Colleen was the one who inspired me to write about Brownie. Colleen's training and love set Brownie apart from other dogs. That was what made her special.
